Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Inc., is guided by the Johnson & Johnson Credo, which serves to remind us "we are responsible to the communities in which we live and work and to the world community as well." In order to continue our commitment to community service we consider monetary and product support to many non-profit organizations on local, national and international levels.

EES employees worldwide take great pride in giving back to their communities by participating in programs such as the United Way, Safe Kids, Bridge to Employment, and local blood drives.

Requests for funding are considered throughout the year. To be considered, send requests to Contributions@eesus.jnj.com. All requests must include:

  • Name of organization
  • Tax id number (to verify 501c3 status)
  • Name, title, and phone number of contact person
  • Requested dollar amount
  • Intent of fund distribution
  • Date of event (if applicable)

Ethicon Endo-Surgery does not accept proposals from non-501 (c) (3) status organizations, religious or political organizations or for capital or brick and mortar projects. We also do not accept proposals for emergency situations. Emergency requests (for natural disasters, etc.) should be directed to Johnson & Johnson Corporate Community Relations.

Requesting organizations and Ethicon Endo-Surgery acknowledge and agree that any donations or sponsorships shall not obligate the organizations to purchase, use or recommend the use of Ethicon Endo-Surgery products.
